The application has been scrutinized and you are requested to submit the undertaking to the following effect within 2 days: -
1. That each plot will be occupied by one family only and their shall be no construction on G+2 floor basis.
2. That the promoter will add a condition in the transfer/sale deed that all the individual plot owners will provide dual flushing arrangements for reuse of treated water for flushing purpose.
3. That no construction activity will be carried out by the promoter company on the individual plots other than providing services like road network, sewerage, electrical fitting etc. |
