The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to submit latest CA's certificate regarding un-depreciated value of the fixed assets of the industry at the end of last financial year and to submit the pending fee, if any.
2. The industry is required to submit the previous sampling testing fee of Rs. 10,600/- of effluent sampling carried out on 30.05.2019.
3. The industry is required to submit the production capacity viz a viz machinery installed and wastewater generation. The industry also requested to provide the liquor ratio/No.s of Bath/No.s of Lots and other details for the purpose of auditing from duly authorized signatory.
4. The industry is required to submit the certificate regarding source of water abstraction (Number of submersible/other source and whether metered or unmetered), outlet details (Numbers of outlets/connection details and whether metered or unmetered).
5. The industry is required to submit certificate from the PDA that the industry has single outlet connected with the PDA sewer and there is no other unauthorized outlet.
6. The industry is required to obtain certificate from M.C.L. regarding disconnection of M.C. sewer from the industrial unit.
7. The industry is required to submit the agreement for the disposal of ash generated from the boiler with the brick kiln.
