It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining fresh consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled complete application form i.e. PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION(GENERAL), PART-C: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER WATER ACT, 1974 & PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT,1981.
2. The project proponent has not submitted NOC regularization fee regarding increase in fixed assets from Rs. 72.07 crores to Rs. 76.61 crores.
3. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the Environmental Clearance granted by the Competent Authority.
4. The project proponent needs to deposit adequate mandatory fee under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide Board’s office order dated 29.10.2018.
5. The project proponent needs to submit revised environmental clearance under EIA notification dated 14/09/2006 from SEIAA, Punjab, for increase in no. of flats and built up area of the project as per special condition no. 1 of the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board.
6. The project proponent needs to submit permission from PWRDA regarding abstraction of ground water as per special condition no. 11 of the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
