1. The pp has mentioned the total value of assets of the project as Rs. 162 cr. in the application form. However, as per the CA certificate uploaded with online application, total value of assets is Rs. 228cr. this needs clarification.
Reply-: Cost of the project is as per CA certificate.
2. The pp has not deposited adequate consent fee for 5 years considering the ‘CONSENT TO OPERATE’ fee, late fee, NOC regularization fee and CTE fee.
Reply-: We are depositing water CTO fee of Rs 1410000 as water fee and 1410000 as Air CTO fee we will submit the fee for NOC with NOC application with in two days.
3. The pp is required to intimate the occupancy status in the project.
Reply-: Approximately 900 to 1000 families are residing.
