The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted certificate issued by PWRDA regarding abstraction of ground water.
2. The project proponent has not submitted permission from MC regarding disposal of solid waste.
3. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal regarding additional land procured/on lease for the disposal of treated effluent or using the treated effluent for flushing as the STP of MC, Zirakpur is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects.
4. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal regarding installation of Mechanical composter.
5. The project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding installation of any STP for the treatment of effluent generated by the project.
6. The project proponent has not submitted season-wise water balance.
7. The project proponent is required to submit details that the SCOs has been constructed by the project proponent or by the individual builders i.e Bee Gee Enterprises and Balaji Builders. What is the built up area of the SCOs developed by Bee Gee Enterprises and Balaji Builders.
8. Location of STP has not been marked on the approved plan.
9. The project proponent has not applied for Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
10. The project proponent has not given proper proof regarding date of Ist occupancy which has come in the project so that adequacy of fee may be adjudged.
11. The project proponent is also required to submit details when the site development work at the site has been started firstly.
