On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file of the industry, it was observed that there has increase of app. Rs. 20 crores in the gross fixed assets of the industry as compared to the CA certificate submitted in 2021, as such the industry is required to mention the reason for such increase and its effect on the production capacity. Also it has to deposit the NOC regularization fee and balance Consent to operate fee for the increase in the gross fixed assets.
