It is intimated that the industry has submitted yearwise CA certificate in reply of clarification raised earlier on consent to operate application, but the industry has failed to submit balance consent fee as per calculation of CA certificate submitted by the industry and the industry has not submitted any detail of consent to operate fee already deposited.
