The application of the HCF has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The HCF has proposed to install ETP of capacity 1 KLD and STP of 20 KLD capacity within its premises. Further, chemical liquid waste and domestic waste of M/s Surya Kidney Care Hospital is also treated in the same ETP and STP installed by the HCF, however, calculation of the same has not been included in the feasibility report. Further, the calculation of chemical liquid waste for which the HCF has installed 1 KLD ETP is not attached.
2. The HCF needs to submitted completion certificate of STP along with dimension drawing.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
