The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed that the industry has not submitted requisite NOC regularization fee as well as full fee for five year under Air Act, 1981. The industry is required to deposit Rs. 36000/- on account of increase in fixed assets from earlier granted consent of Rs. 35.2 Cr. to present gross value of fixed assets at Rs. 47.17 Cr. The industry is also required to deposit additional Rs. 42000/- as balance consent fee for next five years under Air Act, 1981 & Rs. 95000/- under each Act for change of Slab from 30-40 Cr to 40-50 Cr.
As such the industry is required to deposit additional
1. Rs. 36000/- as NOC regularization fees
2. Rs. 95000/- as additional consent fee under Water Act, 1974.
3. Rs. 95000/- + 42000/- = Rs. 137000/- as additional consent fee under Air Act, 1981. |
