SIR,
Water balance earlier submitted can be ignored. Please consider the water consumption as per our consent application. As per our water consent application dated 31.12.2022 ,total no. of workers including management staff is 250 nos. Maximum no. of workers worked in a year per day will not more than 300 nos. Hence maximum consumption of domestic water will not more than 14 KLD results discharge not more than 11.2 KLD.We have already clarified in our covering letters submitted with earlier consent application and with current consent application. However once again we clarify that as per early Consents granted under Water act and under Air act for the period 24/04/2018 to 30/09/2022 for discharge of 244 KLD not 344 KLD as you conveyed in your observations dated 27.12.2022.
Earlier cooling water consumption and discharge is same i.e.105 KLD which is not possible and by mistake mentioned in earlier consent applications dated 16.04.2018.Now cooling water as on date is 80 KLD and cooling blow down is 10 KLD results decrease in 70 KLD waste water discharge .Also by mistake sundry water consumption and discharge shown 37.2 and 32.2 KLD resp. As on date sundry water consumption and discharge shown 5 KLD results decrease in 27.2 KLD. Domestic waste water consumption (Theoretically) will be about 15KLD . We have total water consumption (As per water meter installed at borewell) is about 265 KLD. Process water consumption for Frozen and Burger/Tikki manufacturing is about 150KLD,Cooling water make up requirement is about 80 KLD, Boiler feed water requirement is about 15KLD and Sundry water consumption is about 5 KLD .All process water including part of boiler stem condensate will goes to ETP for treatment. Total waste water discharge (including cooling tower blow down ) is about 160 KLD as on date.
