the application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. 2. The industry has not deposited late fee, as previous ‘Consent to Operate’ granted to the industry were valid upto 30.09.2022.
2. As per the latest CA certificate uploaded by the industry, total cost of the unit has increased from Rs. 7.22 cr. to Rs. 7.38 cr., from the last consent to operate granted to the industry. As such, the industry has not deposited corresponding NOC regularization fee.
Please clarify regarding above within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter. |
