Reply of observations is as below.
1. The industry has not mentioned the details of green area, which shall be use for plantation purpose for disposal of treated effluent.
REPLY: The total green area i.e. 1115 sqm shall be provided for plantation purpose for disposal of treated effluent.
2. The industry has not mentioned the disposal arrangements to the provided for ETP sludge.
REPLY: Sir, it submitted that ETP sludge shall be disposed off to the authorized TSDF (authority for the diposal of hazardous waste), Nimbuan after the industry came into operation. In this regards, authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 shall be obtain from PPCB.
It is requested kindly grant NOC under Water and Air Act. |
