The application of the industry was scrutinized and it has been observed that:-
1. The industry has not submitted the feasibility report regarding the up gradation of the existing ETP.
2. The industry has not submitted the plan showing the building shed and plantation area with measurements.
3. The plantation area i.e. 20203 sq yard (4.5 Acres) proposed by the industry is not adequate to manage the quantum of proposed discharge i.e 350 KLD.
It is requested to submit the reply within 02 days.
