It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining consent to establish was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent is required to submit aks sajra plan and jamabandi of 1.48 acres land reserved for green area and its breakup for development as per Karnal technology / park etc. for disposal of treated wastewater of STP.
2. The site plan submitted by the project proponent is not readable. The project proponent needs to submit the same.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
