The application of the HCF has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The HCF was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for bed capacity @ 48 numbers. Now, it has applied for obtaining consent to operate for bed capacity @ 50 numbers. But, the HCF has not submitted agreement made with CBWTF for 50 beds.
2. The HCF has not submitted undertaking regarding treatment & disposal of its liquid waste generated within the premises.
Therefore, the application of the HCF is required to submit above said documents within 2 days so the application may be processed further.
