It is submitted that the application of the unit was scrutinized and it was observed that the unit has applied the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The unit has submitted an effluent /emission analysis report issued by M/s Noida Testing Laboratories, Noida, which is not an approved lab of Board. Moreover, the unit has not deposited fee adequate up to next five years and has deposited Rs. 5,64,000/- (each Act), which is valid for only one year. The unit has also increased its fixed assets from Rs. 554.36 Crore to Rs. 554.65 Crore, for which the unit has neither submitted NOC regularization fee nor submitted any clarification for the same. Further, the unit has submitted a request letter stating that they have changed their name from Alena Ventures Limited to VR Majha Limited and requested to change the name in the official record, but the unit has not changed the same in the online application and applied the renewal of consents under the same name as granted earlier.
Please clarify the same so as to further process the application. |
