It is submitted that the application was scrutinized and it was observed that (i) The Project proponent has not submitted land use classification/Change of Land Use. (ii) PP has proposed in the application form that Domestic Effluent will be "disposed off on land fixed for garbage by the Surpunch". Moreover, the treatment proposed in the technical report by the PP for the domestic effluent is not adequate. (iii) The PP has proposed in the application form and technical report that the Solid waste generated would be dumped into dump. However, such proposals are violations of the PPCB guidelines. ......... The PP is requested to clarify regarding above within 03 days. |
