The application of the marriage palace for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and following observations have been made:
1. The establishment has provided 1 no. big banquet hall of capacity 500 persons, 2nd banquet hall of capacity 100-150 persons, 3rd banquet hall of capacity 30-50 persons, 4th multipurpose hall of capacity 50 persons and 1 no. open hall cum restaurant of capacity 70-80 persons and 6 no. hotel rooms. However, in its application form the PP has only mentioned only one hall of capacity 400-500 persons.
2. The project proponent in its application form has mentioned its date of commissioning as Jan 2020. However, has submitted electricity bill as its proof, mentioning date of connection as 28/09/2022, which is contradictory.
3. As per registries of land, the land of the establishment is owned by Sh. Anil Kumar. However, the establishment has not submitted any partnership deed or proof of name on which CLU is issued.
4. The marriage palace needs to re-calculate the actual water consumption as per point no. 01 and its waste water generation, so as to adjudge the adequacy of STP provided.
5. The marriage palace is required mention the total green area available for utilization of treated wastewater.
6. The PP is required to submit clear approved building plans, as documents uploaded are not readable.
7. The marriage palace is required to submit point wise compliance of the mechanism / guidelines issued by the Board dated 2/2/2021.
8. The marriage palace is required to submit distances certificate from revenue authority regarding distances from educational institute, religious place, hospital, red category industry, village phirni and lal dora, as signed by circle revenue officer.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
