The varied application applied by the industry after addition of dryer section in existing premises of rice sheller unit has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has submitted certificate issued by EO, MC, Faridkot vide no. 535 dated 13.03.2024, which is reproduced as under:
"ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫਰਮ ਮੈਸ: ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਐਂਡ ਸੰਨਜ, ਭੋਲੂਵਾਲਾ ਰੋਡ, ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਜਮੀਨ ਤੈਦਾਦੀ 16 ਕਨਾਲ 6 ਮਰਲੇ ਖੇਵਟ ਨੰ: 715/700, ਖਤੋਨੀ ਨੰ: 1406, ਖਸਰਾ ਨੰ: 10607/1251(15—2), 10609/1254(1—4) ਜਮੀਨ ਵਾਕਿਆ ਜੋ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ, ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੀ ਹਦੂਦ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਮਾਰਚ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਵੈਲਿਡ ਹੈ।"
As per file record of the industry, the total area of rice sheller unit is 18 kanals 15 marlas bearing khasra no. 1251 min(15-2-2) 1254 (1-0-4) 1244(1-0-12) and 1250(1-0-3). However, EO, MC, Faridkot has not reported for total land area of 18 kanals 15 marlas bearing bearing khasra no. 1251 min(15-2-2) 1254 (1-0-4) 1244(1-0-12) and 1250(1-0-3).
You are, therefore, requested to submit the report/certificate from EO, MC, Faridkot mentioning MC limits for total land area i.e. 18 kanals 15 marlas of the industry within 3 days, so as to process the case accordingly.
