1.) We are verified the CTO air application fee. An attachment is here for your kind reference.
2.) At the time of grant of previous CTO, the unit was in he name of M/S Hero cycles Ltd (Auto rim division) and owned by Hero
cycles Ltd. After demerger, The plant is merged with Hero motors Ltd and having name of also Hero Motors Ltd which are now
on lease. so the abrupt decrease in fixed asset occurred on account of land and building cost which is excluded from the fixed
asset due to lease. Lease deed and NCLT order are already submitted in your good office.
A copy of each document related to lease deed are attached for your kind reference. |
