It is intimated that the application of the industry for obtaining fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and following observations were made:
1. The industry is required to submit a copy approved building plans approved by the Competent Authority.
2. The industry has not submitted drawing of APCD installed on the source of air pollution and its emission sampling report.
3. The establishment has not submit any document as proof for its date of commissioning However, it is required to submit proper documentary proof for its date of commissioning, so to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee.
4. The industry is required to submit allotment letter of its industrial plot so as establish its location in industrial estate.
As such, you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete. |
