It is submitted that the said Ready Mix Plant has been installed by the company within the premises of Commercial Project named as "Grand Carnival" by RGI Infra being set up at Airport Road, Mohali. RGI Infra has already obtained EC from SEIAA Punjab vide no. EC23B000PB154773 dated 08.02.2023 and has awarded civil construction work to Consort Builders Private Limited vide no. no. RGI/GC/001/2023 dated 01/09/2023(copy attached for ready reference). CBPL shall use this RMC for inhouse construction activities of this project and shall not use the same for any other commercial activity. Further the total no. of workers for operation of the RMC are 15 as such the provisions of Factories Act 1948 are not applicable to this project.
It is humbly requested that the CTO may kindly be granted with suitable conditions. |
