1. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 6937.53 Lacs to Rs. 8418.91 Lacs. Further, it has increased its production capacity from manufacturing of Connecting Rod @ 5 MTD, Crank Shafts @ 5 MTD, Forged Components for Machining @ 1300 No./Day, Under Brackets @ 10 MTD, Forged Yokes @ 12 MTD and Others @ 10 MTD to Connecting Rod @ 5 MTD, Forged Components for Machining @ 30000 No./Day, Under Brackets @ 25 MTD, Forged Yokes @ 12 MTD and Others @ 12 MTD. However, it has applied for obtaining renewal of 'Consent to Operate', which is not appropriate.
2. Kindly first apply ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC Expansion). After obtaining ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC expansion), the industry will be required to obtain varied 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
3. The industry has also not attached any consent fee with this application.
4. Further, the industry is required to submit PWRDA permission for ground water extraction as the same is more than 300 KL/month.
