Earlier, application of the industry was returned due to following discrepancies: - 1. The industry has not submitted completion of the ETP installed. 2. The industry has not submitted any permission granted form MC authority regarding discharging of treated effluent into MC sewer. 3. The industry has submitted all documents on the name of M/s JALTIUS HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED but has obtaind NOC on the name of M/s Jaltius Yamaha, But has not submitted any concrete document in this regard.
Now the industry has applied aging for obtaining CTOs but industry has only submitted the reply of point no 02 above, it is also requested to submit reply of point nos 1 & 3 also within 02 days.
