The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The feasibility report submitted by the project proponent is not proper i.e. treated water to be utilized in flushing purpose as per National Building Code, 2016. The project proponent needs to submit revised feasibility report.
2. The project proponent has not submitted detail of additional land to be developed as per Karnal Technology for the disposal of excess treated water, as per application form. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
