The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is requested to clarify that whether the painting should be applied using a spraying technique or manually.
2. The industry has not submitted the approved building plans from the Competent Authority.
3. The compliance of previous consent conditions submitted by the industry is not signed by the authorized signatory.
4. The industry has not submitted the Memorandum of Association (MOA).
5. The industry has not deposited the NOC regularization fee amounting to Rs. 8400/- due to increase in cost of fixed assets of the unit. The industry is also requested to deposit 10% of one year fee as penalty under the both Acts as per Board's office order dated 29.10.2018.
As such, it is requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
