Earlier we got the consent from board under Air act, in which we have mentioned the date of commissioning of BKO was Jan-1980.
According to board’s policy consent under water act for BKO’s was mandatory from the year 2018 And we have deposited the consent fee under water act from 2018.
Kindly process our case with similar date of commissioning and issue us consent under Water Act.
