It is submitted that from last 2-3 year, our industry is producing steamed rice instead of parboiled rice due to market conditions, and in case according to the market demand, we need to produce parboiled rice in coming future, we will be bound to operate the ETP plant with fresh water to stabilize it at least 25-30 days in advance and bring it to proper running condition and also getting the permission from the board and then operate the parboiled plant.So please now issued the consent only steamy rice & Raw Rice. |
