The project that we are taking forward in Punjab & land that we are using in our project total of 2.95 ACRE as the complete area lies in a Declared RED ZONE Industrial Zone. Also we are completely not involved in mentioned activities: Usage of electricity generation power plants or production of any kind of electricity, or any deal in operating furnaces, any involved in area development & townships, mining of minerals, usage of slurry pipelines passing through national parks, or in any other specific category.
And thus our project dose not falls in any clause of EIA notification dated14/9/2009 that farther no require any other specific Environmental Clearance to take from MINISTERY of ENVIRONMENT and FOREST.
