The pointwise reply of observations raised by your office is as under:
1. We undertake that we have started our HCF in the month of January, 2022. Further, it is to inform you that we had made agreement with Medicare Environments Pvt. Ltd., Tajpur Road, Ludhiana on 1/1/2022 before starting the operation of our HCF in which it has been mentioned that Agreement Start date - 1/1/2022 (copy attached). Furthermore, we have also obtained authorization under the BMW Rules, 2016 from PPCB vide no. BMW/Fresh/PTA/2022/18346445 dated 11/4/2022, which was recently auto renew on 7/5/2024 and same is valid upto 7/5/2029.
2) We have attached approved building plans from Municipal Corporation, Patiala and copy of the same is attached herewith.
We hope you will find the above reply in order and requested to please grant us consents to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as early as possible, please.
