SIR,
We have deposited CLU and other development charges @ Rs.15.00 LAC with MC Khanna and balance about Rs.10.00 Lac shall be deposited as and when development work will complete.At the time of issue of LOI,Copy of the same is forwarded to The Respected Chairman,PPCB,Patiala.We did not about STP Capacity MC Khanna as it is techinal issue and we are not aware of same.Our total discharge will be about 4.5 KLD.You are requested to ask EO MC Khanna why they approve/Issue LOI to the proposed colonies with the assurance that Project proponents will get the sewer connectivity by MC Khanna.Proposed Residential colony/commercial colony/Mall need not to install separate sewer treatment plants for their building and construction projects.
