On scrutinizing the application and linking with the record file, it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has applied for manufacturing of saila / steamed / raw rice. It is required to submit detail of the effluent treatment plant installed as well as plantation developed for treatment and disposal of effluent generated during the operation of saila section.
2) There has been increase in the gross fixed assets of the industry as compared to the assets submitted during the previous CTO applications, as such it is required to provide the detail of additional machinery, building installed as well as change in the production capacity of the industry.
3) The industry is required to deposited NOC Regularization for increase in the gross fixed assets.
Clarify within 02 days.
