Sir, the application for Consent to Establish (CTE/NOC) has been scrutinized. During scrutiny of the application and documents uploaded, the following deficiencies/observations have been noticed: 1. Since the unit is a partnership firm, authorization in favour of the authorized signatory has not been submitted. 2. Site plan / location plan of the proposed unit has not been submitted. 3. Document regarding land use pattern / land use status of the land on which the industry is proposed to be set up has not been submitted. 4. Approved building plan from the competent authority/person has not been submitted. In view of the above, the applicant may be requested to submit the above-said documents/clarifications within two days, failing which the application shall be liable to be returned. |
