The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to provide the documentary proof for date of its commissioning, so that, the adequacy of the fee cannot be adjudged. Moreover, the value of land & building in CA cert. is mentioned as zero, which is un-realisitic. Although, the same is taken on lease, however, the industry is required to include the rented value.
2. It is also observed that the industry is taken land-cum-godown on lease. However, it has to provide the revised building plan approved from Director of Factories.
3. The industry has submitted certificate obtained from Tehsildar, Dhuri regarding general sitting parameter for its establishment. However, the document has not mentioned the distance of industrial site from nearby MC/NC.
4. The industry has submitted land use classification certificate from DTP, Sangrur. However, the same is not mentioning land detail (khasra nos.) of the industrial site.
5. Moreover, the industry is required to submit the hard copy of all documents, so that the authenticity of the same can be verified, especially certificate obtained from Tehsildar, Dhuri.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
