The application has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The NOC application filed is for total land area 102 kanal but land registry details is given for 30 Kanal 13.3 marle.
2. The total built up area is more than 20,000 sqm and covered under EIA notification 2006 whereas, the project proponent has applied under Area/Infrastructure Development Project including educational institutions, community hall, IT Park, Theme park (Not covered under EIA notification 2006).
3. As per the application form the total cost of the project is 10.28 cr. but as per the project report total cost of land and land development is 16.78 cr. for 30 Kanal 13.3 marle only and not the whole project which needs clarifications.
4. As per the application form, the project fall within M.C limits which needs clarification and a copy of LOI from M.C or PDA is required.
5. As per the feasibility report 63.72 KLD is to be used for duel plumbing whereas, this is a plotted project and not a group housing scheme and requires clarification. Also, it is mentioned that the project proponent shall discharge 61.66 KLD will be sent to MC Sewer Line and NOC from concerned M.C. authorities is required.
6. Total green area to be developed as per feasibility report is 0.8 acres whereas, as per the site plan total green area to be developed it is 0.1 acre where 20 KLD of effluent has to be discharged and needs clarifications.
