Sir, Earlier we have proposed to manufacture saila rice @ 3 TPH while obtaining noc from pollution control board. Now, there is hardly any demand of saila rice in the market. Therefore we have proposed to manufacture saila rice 1 TPH that too if demand doesn't remain, we may not manufacture. But we are keeping a provision of it. In case we have to manufacture saila rice more than 1 TPH we will obtain permission well before from pollution control board.
We have ETP and plantation area as per karnal technology norms to handle saila effluent.
Moreover, there is no expansion from earlier proposal as paddy procurement quantity is same as proposed. Also we will either be manufacturing saila rice @ 1 TPH or steam rice @ 3 TPH as such there is no enhancement rather capacities will be within noc consented capacities.
Please, grant us CTO under Air Act, 1981 and Water Act, 1974. |
