The rice sheller has not submitted completion certificate of APCD along with dimensional drawing. Further, in previous NOC was granted with a special condition that the industry shall shift the High Tension Wire from the site before commissioning of the unit. However, the industry has not submitted any reply regarding the same. Further, previous NOC was granted to the industry for the proposed cost of the industry amounting Rs. 91.23 lakhs and now the rice sheller has submitted CA certificate of total fixed assets Rs. 115.97 lakhs, due to which fee slab has been changed. Therefore, the industry needs to deposit additional NOC regularization fee amounting Rs. 1800/-. As per electricity bill, the sheller has been commissioned on 31.08.2023, therefore, the industry needs to deposit penalty fee of Rs. 4200/- under both acts.
