The application was scrutinized and it was observed that the industry is required to submit following details
a) Data regarding abstraction of ground water/fresh water supply for the last three months and details of EMFs on all sources of fresh water.
b) Earmarking of map the location of all active / closed submersible pumps/ fresh water sources.
c) Details of dyeing machinery / other water consuming machinery along with specifications including production capacities specifying liquor ratio, number of lots, water consumption per lot, thus calculating the total fresh consumption (with duly authentication by the supplier of the machines).
d) Numbers of shares held by the industry (duly certified by the SPV) and NOC from PDA/SPV regarding proposed discharge into common sewer of CETP.
e) Shares demat documentary evidence.
Further, the Punjab Dyers Association has provided list of industries which have not yet got their shares DEMAT till date and as per this list, shares of M/s Muskan Processor has not been done DEMAT. Thus, the industry operating its unit without DEMAT of its shares.
You are requested to clarify the above observations within 02 days.
