The application of the industry is scrutinized and found incomplete due to the observations made as under:
1. The phone numbers mentioned in the communication details are not existing / not reachable. Cell number of authorized person to be provided.
2. The cost of plant & machinery is not as per CA certificate.
3. The water balance is not in order.
4. Following documents are not submitted:
a. Authority letter.
b. Complete compliance report of previous consents including production capacities, raw materials, wastes etc.
c. Complete compliance report of all the observations of the previous visit.
d. Point wise compliance to the guidelines issued by CPCB for handling of ash.
You are therefore, requested to clarify the above said observations within 02 days. Till then your application shall be treated as incomplete.
