On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not linked consent fee with the applications.
2. The project proponent has not submitted revised approved site plan in the name of M/s Synthimed Labs Private Limited from Competent Authority.
3. The project proponent has not submitted plot allotment letter in the new name.
