Application of the industry has scrutinized and following discrepencies are observed:-
1. The industry has not submitted any report form revenue authority regarding distance of the site from the Municipal Council limits/ phirni of village/ designated residential area /residential area comprising of 15 pucca houses falls within 100 mts from the proposed site.
2. The industry has not submitted comments obtained from the DTP, Amritsar regarding suitability if the site for such type of the projects.
3. Total cost of the project has mentioned in the project report but total cost of machinery has not been mentioned in the project report.
4. The industry has also applied another application under the name and style M/s Maize Dryer Project By Harpriya Rana which is also located at same location as per site plan submitted. It is requested to identify locations of both proposed units in site plan.
It is requested to clarify above observations within 03 days so that application can be processed.
