1. As per CLU, the site falls under agricultural zone as per approved Master Plan, Ludhiana. Thus, the PP is required to submit site suitbility certificate from concerned CRO as per Policy of the Board. 2. Cost of land is not included in project cost. The PP is required to submit revised project report crearly mentionining project cost that includes value of land, building, Plant & machinery and other fixed assets. The industry is also required to submit adequate NOC fee in case fee slab changes with change in project cost.
Previous application was returned due to above said reasons and now again PP has reapplied without submitting above said documents. The PP is required to submit above said documents within 04 days. |
