Please clarify/ submit the following:-
1. Land document mentioning khasra no. is not submitted. Only house no is mentioned in lease deed.
2. Address of Smt. Kanwaljeet kaur in land use classification does not match address given in lease deed.
3. CA certificate only mentions value of plant and machinery. However CA certificate should provide gross block of fixed assets without depreciation and also rent value of 10 years.
4. Application for CTO under Water Act, 1974 not submitted.
5. Category for using fresh granule is green however in application orange category is mentioned.
6. Also penalty fee from 2018 is required. The CTO fee is not adequate.
