As per approved in the last NOC application that after installation of machinery and air pollution control devices chimneys, the industry shall get verified distances of air pollution control devices chimneys from proposed Bathinda-Ludhiana Greenfield Highway from DTP, Barnala and submit report to the Board before applying consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. However no such report has been submitted with the present CTO. You are therefore again requested to submit the report in this regard from DTP within 2 days positively. |
