The competent authority of the Board has raised observation that the project proponent has proposed total average daily water consumption @ 206 KLD. Total waste water generation proposed 165 KLD out of which 25 KLD will be utilized on an area of approx. 01 acre to be developed under parks/green belt to be developed along the roads; 35 KLD to be discharged onto land to be developed under plantation in an area of 05 kanal 16 marlas adjoining to the premises of the colony (this land area belongs in the name of the colony) and 100 KLD (approx. 50% of the total fresh water requirement) has been proposed to be reutilized for flushing purposes by providing dual plumbing line.
The proposal submitted to reutilize 100 KLD of the effluent for flushing purposes does not seem to be feasible.
It is therefore requested to reply above said observation within 2 days.
