1. Allotment letter of the Designated Authority, if the site of the project is located in the designated Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate / Focal Point.
2. It is mandatory on part of the industry to submit stack emission analysis report from Board's lab / NABL approved lab being mandatory documents for obtaining renewal of 'consent to operate', as per PPCB office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/2014/86 dated 24.02.2014.
3. The industry was given personal hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer, Ludhiana on 28.03.2024 w.r.t notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981. Please comply with decisions of said hearing.
