The industry has deposited Rs 19,800/- vide UTR. No. N048242889414749 dated 17/02/2024 Rs 1,800/- vide UTR. No. N048242889420157 17/02/2024 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 19,800/- vide UTR. No. N048242889423888 dated 17/02/2024 under the Air Act, 1981.
However, the consent fee deposited by the industry after deducting the penalty (500%) by considering the date of its commissioning as Oct. 2017 is valid upto 30.09.2022.
As such, the industry is requested to deposit more fee, so that the application be processed accordingly. |
