Sub.: Reply to SCN No-3501-3502 Dated 19.06.2024 & request to restore electric connection & for the getting of “Consent to Operate” under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
Sir,
It is submitted that:-
1) That the industry engaged in zinc plating process.
2) That the industry has 2 dhol & 3 barrels.
3) That the industry has provided water meter in the process area.
4) That the industry has made MOU with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt Ltd @ 2000 Liter/Month.
5) That the industry lifting its trade effluent to CETP Operator.
6) That the industry has applied for Consents under Air/Water Act. The Board has granted CTO under Air Act up to 30.06.2025.
That the industry is a tiny unit. The industry started its operation in Jan, 2024.
I am unable to pay Rs. 25000/- as Environmental Compensation Fees imposed as I have taken the loan at higher rate of the interest from themarket to apply for the consent.
Now due to disconnection of the industry, no body from market giving me loan as they are demanding 20% of interest per month for Rs. 25000/- loan.
Kindly review the order of EC as I am hand to mouth & not earning hand now.
KINDLY DONOT MAKE ME BEGGER TO BEG ON ROADS FOR COMPLETING MY FAMILY APPETITE BY CLOSING MY UNIT. KINDLY APPROVE.
Kindly process the application & restore the electric connection and issue me Consent of Water Act up to 30/06/2025 as per 5 years granting policy of the Board under Red Category.
