Dear Sir, Noted.
1.Regarding consent fee, we wish to inform you goodself that we got power connection only on 24.01.24 and accordingly we applied to PBIP for CTOs and we started production, after getting CTOs ( issue date 06.04.24). SO our already deposited fee was applicable for the period from 06.04.24 to 31.03.25 but we received first CTOs only till 30.06.24. Accordingly we deposited balance fee. We will deposit NOC fee as per requirement.
2. NOC regularization fee will be deposited.
3. IN the meantime, We wish to inform your goodself that our industry falls in Orange Cat. but by mistake it has been mentioned as ' Red'. Your goodself is kindly requested to please forward our request to PPCB Patiala office to change the cat. from Red to Orange. Also you are requested to please return our this application so that we can submit fresh application with correct Cat.
