It is to inform you that we have earlier submitted Rs. 172800/- under Water as well as penalty of Rs. 86400/- and thereafter we have submitted additional fee of Rs. 36500/- under Water. Kindly calculate our fee as per fee submission. Further, we have already enclosed the compliance report as well as point wise compliance of directions in the application. Our electric connection was disconnected vide Tdco no.129/443. Request regarding exemption of Bank Guarantee has already been attached in the application due to financial condition of the industry. It is requested to kindly process our application and grant consent along with restoration of electric connection of our unit please. |
